GMS UK Ltd, have ongoing training courses to ensure that our cleaning staff become real cleaning professionals! Training for commercial facilities includes Hard Floor Care, Carpet Care, Healthcare and COSHH. Our cleaning staff are also trained to follow operational manuals with tested service standards and systems.
Are GMS UK Ltd cleaning staff security checked?
We only select trustworthy cleaning operators, who are well presented and committed to our standard of service excellence.
GMS UK Ltd, takes client security very seriously, and a stringent selection procedure ensures all workforce are security checked, they also wear uniforms and an identity tag (with photograph) at all times.
Are GMS UK Ltd workforce insured?
You can be sure the safety and privacy of your premises is of primary concern to our workforce. All cleaners and builders have insurance or public liability cover.
Do you provide cleaning equipment and cleaning materials?
Yes, we provide all cleaning equipment and materials to achieve quality cleaning.
Which geographical areas do you cover?
Our primary are is London but we cover all areas within the M25.
I am a school headmaster and currently having problem with our cleaning staff, can you help?
Yes we can, if you are a government funded school and you wish to have a different cleaning services contractor, give us a call on our freephone 0800 169 53 91. Advice will be given and we will do our best to keep within your budget and we will deliver high quality cleaning.
How do you know your cleaning staff are cleaning our office within the time quoted?
GMS UK Ltd, have a free line for all our staff to book-in and out, calls are made from clients premises on their arrival and on their departure. This system will highlight to us any absence so we can arrange for cover if necessary.
Who is going to be our point of contact?
Your Area Manager who made the initial visit to your premises is your point of contact, however if clients are not confident of dealing with the Area Manager, please contact our Service Director who will be dealing with your future queries. Our Managing Director can also be called at any time to achieve your satisfaction.

What is your Health & Safety Statement?
GMS UK Ltd, endeavour to promote Safety At Work, by supplying our employees with goggles, helmets, gloves, ear defenders, masks etc. Staff are COSHH trained and all equipment has Portable Appliance Testing (P.A.T) to verify for legal site use.
